Recipe of the Month – October 2012

Almost Raw Chocolate Balls of Deliciousness

Makes: 11 balls
Weight Watcher Points = 2 1/2 points per ball

1/2 cups raw whole almonds
1/2 cup raw pecans
1/4 cup chocolate nibs
1/2 shredded unsweetened coconut
7 whole pitted dates, chopped
3 tablespoons agave syrup

Coarsely chop almonds and pecans in food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until everything is combined. Roll into small balls. Eat. Smile.
