Carrot Cake Smoothie




This Recipe is Vegan,
Raw, Gluten Free, and Delicious!





1 Frozen Banana
1 handful of ice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup almond milk (preferably unsweetened, or use another unsweetened non-dairy milk)
1/2 cup mixed nuts (pecans, walnuts)
1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Protein Powder (or any good raw protein powder will do)
1 tablespoon almond butter or cashew butter
2 drops or sprinkle of Stevia

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend away!  Makes 1-2 servings – depending on how hungry you are!
